目前均数差异显著性检验主要使用西种方法,一是最小显著差数法,简称 LSD 法,它是建立在 t 检验基础上的。用 t 检验法对不同均数进行比较时采用了相同的显著差数,一般用于一对随机样本差异显著性检验,但在试验精度要求不高的情况下,也常常用于多重均数的比较测验。二是最小显著极差法,简称 LSR 法,它是建立在 Duncat’s 检验基础上的。用 Duncat’s 检验法对不同均数进行比较时采用了不同的显著差数的标准,精度较高,目前大多采用此法。Duncat’s 检验在表示均数差异显著性时,多数是用标记字母法,也有用梯形法。对于 t 检验同样也可以用上述两种方法来表示均数的差异显著性。鉴于这种情况,本文提供 t 检验和 Duncat’s 检验中使用的梯形法和标记字母法的计算程序。并在程序中提供4种选择,t 检验可以选择梯形法或标记字母法,Duncat’s 检验也可以选择梯形法或标记字母法,而不仅仅限于 Duncat’s 检验才使用标记字母法。
