近年来,城市经济的快速发展,极大地带动了国家建筑行业的进步,商业综合体作为新型的建筑群体,逐步发展起来,成为建筑界的焦点。但是,综合体建筑在结构形式、空间功能、用途等方面存在着显著的差异性特征,且建筑中的机电以及消防系统设计要求尤高,设计人员必须努力从机电及消防两方面入手,严格认真地做好设计工作。本文结合笔者工作经验,通过对商业综合体的特征进行分析,着重探讨了其机电以及消防方面的具体设计特点。
In recent years, the rapid development of urban economy has greatly boosted the progress of the national construction industry. As a new type of building complex, the commercial complex gradually developed and became the focus of the construction industry. However, there are significant differences in the structure, space function, use and other aspects of the complex structure, and the design requirements of the electromechanical and fire-fighting systems in the building are particularly high.
