腮腺混合瘤是涎腺中最常见的肿瘤,手术不当术后容易复发,多次复发可发生恶变,并向远处转移。我科收治一例腮腺混合瘤患者因手术方法不当,手术7次后恶变,并发生肺转移而死亡。现报道如下: 季某,女,14岁,学生。因左耳前反复出现无痛性肿物4年,复发1月,门诊以“左腮腺混合瘤术后复发?”收入院。4年前不明原因左耳前发现一黄豆大小无痛性肿物,生长缓慢,在当地医疗就诊并手术切除肿块,术后经病理检查诊断为“左腮腺混合瘤”。
