本文通过对国内外学者有关“国际法”定义的综合分析,认为,在国际法研究中,应树立国际 社会共同利益的新观念,以推动国际法和国际法学的发展。
Through a comprehensive analysis of the definitions of “international law” by scholars both at home and abroad, this paper argues that in the study of international law, new concepts of common interest of the international community should be established to promote the development of international law and international jurisprudence.
