当前高职教育进入质量提升阶段,其中专业建设、课程建设是关键,而每个专业建设、课程建设都必须以该专业的就业岗位为基础,因此对该专业进行职业资格分析是专业建设和课程建设的必要环节。财务管理专业是近年来高职新兴专业,如何办好这个专业还处于探索阶段。做好财务管理工作不仅需要较深的专业知识做支撑,同时也需要具备一定的职业资格条件。本文以“岗证课一体化”为基础,对财务管理专业的行业情况、工作、典型工作任务进行分析,为我们的课程建设奠定坚实的基础。
