止生凝系由家兔脑组织提取,主要成分为卵磷脂、脑磷脂的生化药物,临床试用于血小板减少性出血症,疗效显著。本文探讨了止生凝对实验动物血小板计数和聚集功能的影响。结果表明,止生凝200~400mg/kg ip于0.5小时内可分别升高家兔、大鼠的血小板计数;小鼠灌服止生凝800mg/kg/日,一周后血小板计数明显提高,并能拮抗500rad~(60)Co辐射引起的血小板减少症。家兔i.p止生凝500mg/kg时,能抑制ADP诱发的血小板聚集作用,而止生凝在体外促家兔血小板聚集。止生凝的水溶性成份i.v使小鼠凝血时间显著缩短。
