少数民族教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,发展少数民族教育关系到少数民族地区经济发展和社会进步。在少数民族聚居地区实施双语教学,是发展少数民族教育的重要途径。长期以来,少数民族地区各级各类学校的汉语教学主要沿用普通学校汉语文教学的模式,虽然取得了一些成绩,但忽略了第二语言教学规律,效果不甚理想,少数民族学生实际运用汉语的能力较差。加快发展少数民族教育,改革少数民族学校汉语教学势在必行。在少数民族学校的汉语教学中,汉语水平考查一直占据着重要地位。为了遵循第二语言教学规律,提高汉语教学质量,1996年,我部在新疆、内蒙古、吉林、青海等省区的部分学
Minority education is an important part of our education system. Developing education for ethnic minorities is related to the economic development and social progress in ethnic minority areas. Bilingual teaching in areas where ethnic minorities live in compact communities is an important way to develop minority education. For a long time, the teaching of Chinese at all levels and schools in ethnic minority areas mainly follows the mode of Chinese teaching in ordinary schools. Although some achievements have been made, the law of second language teaching is ignored, and the effect is not very satisfactory. The ethnic minority students actually use Chinese Poor ability. It is imperative to speed up the development of ethnic minority education and reform of Chinese teaching in ethnic minority schools.
