目的:评价舒氨新治疗细菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法:60例细菌感染患者,采用舒氨新3～9g/d,疗程7～14d。结果:临床有效率为85％,细菌清除率为80％,药物的副反应少。结论:舒氨新是治疗常见致病菌感染的有效和安全的抗生素。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of suramin in the treatment of bacterial infections. Methods: Sixty patients with bacterial infection were treated with Shuhu Xin 3 ~ 9g / d for 7 ~ 14 days. Results: The clinical effective rate was 85% and the bacterial clearance rate was 80%. There were few side effects of drugs. Conclusion: Aminoside is an effective and safe antibiotic for the treatment of common pathogen infections.
