自1993年起,我们试用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕356例,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组均为自愿要求用药物终止妊娠的健康妇女,停经<49 d。年龄18岁～40岁。356例中孕1次90例,孕2次93例,孕3次74例,孕3次以上者99例。 1.2 用药方法 口服米非司酮25mg,每日2次,连服3d,总量为150mg,服用米非司酮前后均禁食2h。于第4日晨1次性口服米索前列醇600μg,门诊观察6 h。
