咽喉部手术以往多采用达维开口器或支撑喉镜暴露病灶〔1〕,多功能咽喉腔镜(德国易克斯公司生产)克服了达维开口器及传统支撑喉镜的缺点,扩大了术野,使以往由于术野范围暴露不够充分而无法顺利完成的手术变得方便易行。我科从2002年1月开始使用该咽喉腔镜成功地完成多种咽喉手术
