急性心肌梗塞并发室间隔穿孔虽不常见,但病情凶险预后恶劣。晚近报道早期手术可改善预后,因此及时和正确地诊断本病具有重要意义。本文报道用无创性二维超声显象和脉冲多普勒新技术,临床迅速诊断2例急性前壁心肌梗塞并发室间隔穿孔。
Acute myocardial infarction complicated by interventricular septum perforation is not common, but the prognosis is dangerous vicious. Recent reports of early surgery can improve prognosis, so timely and correct diagnosis of the disease is of great significance. This article reports the use of noninvasive two-dimensional ultrasound imaging and pulsed Doppler new technology, rapid clinical diagnosis of two cases of acute anterior myocardial infarction complicated by ventricular septal perforation.
