目的:观察扶正肺瘤方治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准和纳入标准的50例非小细胞肺癌晚期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅给予DP化疗方案(多西紫杉醇联合顺氯氨铂),观察组在DP方案化疗基础上联合扶正肺瘤方内服,观察2个疗程(3周为1个疗程)后,比较用药前后患者中医临床症状、肿瘤情况和患者生存质量,评估临床疗效。结果:观察组在中医证候疗效方面效果明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病灶稳定率为76%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的近期治疗客观有效率大于对照组,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FACT-L生存质量观察提示:观察组明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正肺瘤方联合DP方案化疗对缓解晚期非小细胞肺癌在改善中医症状方面疗效明显,并能提高患者生存质量及病灶稳定率。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Hualu Fang in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Fifty patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received only DP chemotherapy (docetaxel combined with cisplatin). In the DP group On the basis of chemotherapy, Fuzheng Pulmonary Tumor was administered orally and the clinical symptoms, tumor status and quality of life of the patients before and after treatment were compared after two courses (one course of three weeks) were observed. The clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: The observation group was significantly better than the control group in TCM syndrome curative effect, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the stability rate of the observation group was 76%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The objective and effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The observation of quality of life in FACT-L group showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng Hualu prescription combined with DP chemotherapy is effective in relieving advanced non-small cell lung cancer in improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and can improve the quality of life and the stability of the lesions.
