各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各有关县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 我省学校及其周边治安秩序集中整治工作,在省委、省人民政府的领导下,经过各地各有关部门、单位的共同努力,取得了一定成效。经过集中整治后的学校及其周边治安秩序明显好转,侵害中小学生案件明显减少,初步实现了预定的阶段性目标,为学校营造了良好的教书育人环境。在集中整治学校及周边治安秩序工作中,各地、州、市及有关部门、单位精心组织,周密部署,协调一致,真抓实干,为创造健康、和谐、安宁的学校教学环境作出了贡献。为了表彰先进,进一步推动学校及其周边治安秩序集中整治工作的深入开展,经省人民政府领导同志同意,现对在全省学校及其周边治安秩序集中整治工作中成绩显著的安顺地区等14个先进集体、石家兴等21
