目的:探讨贲门癌和大肠癌组织内分泌分化与Rb蛋白和PCNA表达的关系。方法:采用免疫组化ABC法检测57例贲门癌和78例大肠癌组织中嗜铬蛋白A(CGA)、Rb蛋白及PCNA的表达。结果:贲门癌和大肠癌组织中CGA阳性表达率分别为52.6%(30/57)和35.9%(28/78),Rb蛋白表达率分别为31.6%(18/57)和33.3%(26/78)。CGA阳性大肠癌组织Rb蛋白表达率高于CGA阴性者(P<0.005),但在贲门癌组织中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CGA阳性和阴性贲门癌和大肠癌组织中PCNA阳性细胞数差异均无统计学意义。结论:Rb蛋白的表达变化在大肠癌内分泌分化过程中可能发挥重要作用,但在贲门癌可能不起关键作用;内分泌分化对贲门癌和大肠癌组织的增殖无影响。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between endocrine differentiation and Rb protein and PCNA expression in cardiac and colorectal cancer tissues. Methods: The expressions of Chromogranin A (CGA), Rb protein and PCNA in 57 cases of cardiac carcinoma and 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results: The positive rates of CGA in gastric cardia and colorectal cancer tissues were 52.6% (30/57) and 35.9% (28/78), respectively. The rates of Rb protein expression were 31.6% (18/57) and 33.3% (26.3% 78). The expression of Rb protein in CGA positive colorectal cancer tissues was higher than that in CGA negative patients (P <0.005), but there was no significant difference in cardia cancer tissues (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in the number of PCNA positive cells in CGA positive and negative cardia cancer and colorectal cancer tissues. CONCLUSION: The expression of Rb protein may play an important role in the process of endocrine differentiation of colorectal cancer, but may not play a key role in cardia carcinoma. Endocrine differentiation has no effect on the proliferation of cardia carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma.
