人才对企业的发展有着举足轻重的作用,特别是对于正在高速成长的中小型企业而言,人才成为企业发展的重要推动力之一。很多大型企业之所以能成长为行业排头兵,正是因为他们善于挖掘和利用人才,面对真正的人才也舍得付出。福特公司为了吸引人才不惜买下一家公司的事例就是最好的证明。
Talent plays a decisive role in the development of an enterprise, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises that are growing rapidly. Talent has become one of the important driving forces for the development of an enterprise. Many large enterprises have been able to grow into a pioneer in the industry precisely because they are good at digging and utilizing their talents and are willing to pay for the real talents. The best example is Ford's example of buying a company to attract talent.
