该文报道应用Nd：YAG激光对190例经药物治疗无效的慢性肥厚性咽炎的治疗。结果显示激光光凝适用于慢性肥厚性咽炎病例，获得近期治愈174例（91．57％），显效16例（8．43％），总有效率为100％的良好效呆，经过随访观察1年的远期疗效也持续稳定，为慢性肥厚性咽炎的治疗提供了新的治疗措施。
This article reports the use of Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of 190 cases of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis treated by drug therapy. The results showed that laser photocoagulation is suitable for patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis, 174 cases (91.57%) were cured recently, 16 cases (8.43%) showed effective and the total effective rate was 100% .After follow-up observation 1 The long-term efficacy of the year also continued to be stable, providing a new treatment for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.
