《机关、团体、企业、事业单位消防安全管理规定》《以下简称《规定》）已经２００１年 １０月 １９日公安部部长办公会议通过，１１月 １４日第 ６１号令由公安部部长贾春旺签署发布，将于 ２００２年 ５月 １日起正式施行。为了保障《规定》在全国范围内顺利实施，公安部决定自 ２００１年 １２月 ２５日至 ２００２年 ５月底，在上海等地先期进行试点工作，为此，上海市消防局于 ２００２年 １月 ４日专门召开了第６１号令的宣贯工作会议。本刊就《规定》的内容及试行的有关情况采访了上海市消防局张林生副局长。
