利用平面激光诱导荧光(PLIF)、高温细丝热电偶及红外气体分析仪对不同N_2稀释量下的双旋流合成气非燃烧流场进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,随着N_2稀释量的增加:双旋流合成气火焰的基本结构发生变化,火焰会出现典型的推举火焰特征;火焰锋面被拉伸,主要反应区域轴向长度和径向宽度增大,喷嘴出口附近火焰锋面由M型分布逐渐转变为W型分布,轴线上未反应区域不断扩大;火焰张角与穿透深度增大,火焰推举高度减小;燃烧排气温度略有减小,NO排放明显降低。
The non-combusting flow field of bi-swirling syngas with different N 2 dilutions was investigated by using planar laser induced fluorescence (PLIF), high temperature filament thermocouple and infrared gas analyzer. The experimental results show that with the increase of the N 2 dilution, the basic structure of the double swirling syngas flame is changed, and the typical flame characteristics of the flame are presented. The flame front is stretched. The axial length and radial width of the main reaction zone are increased The flame front near the exit of the nozzle is gradually changed from M type to W type and the unreacted area on the axis is expanding continuously; the flame opening angle and penetration depth increase, the flame pushing height decreases and the combustion exhaust gas temperature decreases slightly , NO emissions decreased significantly.
