高职院校艺术类专业学生存在自我管理能力不强,专业基本功和实际动手能力相对薄弱,就业观念偏狭的思想;同时专业设置存在不够合理,人才培养目标定位不够准确等问题。改革是发展的动力,创新是改革的灵魂,高职院校艺术类建筑装饰专业人才培养必须转变教育指导思想,改革人才培养模式观念,制定合理的人才培养方案,努力扭转“夹缝中求生存”这一被动局面。
Art students in higher vocational colleges have some problems such as weak self-management ability, weak professional basic skills and practical hands-on ability, and narrow employment concept. At the same time, there are many problems such as the unreasonable professional setting and the inaccurate positioning of talents training. Reform is the motive force of development, innovation is the soul of reform. The cultivation of art architectural decoration professionals in higher vocational colleges must change the guiding ideology of education, reform the concept of talent cultivation mode, formulate a reasonable talent cultivation plan, and strive to reverse the “survival of the art ”This passive situation.
