今天的中国,随着钱学森之问的日益深入人心,人们对我们为什么培养不出杰出人才的问题的焦虑,也越来越强烈。杰出人才的培养,是时代的召唤,是改革开放进入深水区后进一步推动改革的必然要求,也是国家繁荣昌盛的根本保障。但是,显然杰出人才的培养并不是一蹴而就的,也不是呼唤就能得来的,它需要放置于中国当下的文化、历史、社会、政治的现实语境中来审视,是哪些因素阻碍了杰出人才的培养,是哪些原因导致了今天的时代焦虑?
