对钢轨铝热焊接头轨底边劈裂进行宏观和微观分析,结果表明,导致轨底边劈裂的根本原因是铝热焊缝中有铝的氧化物夹杂。
The macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the splitting of the base rail of the aluminum heat welded rail was carried out. The results show that the root cause of the rail splitting is the aluminum oxide inclusions in the aluminum hot weld.
