目前,苏联铁路和地下铁道广泛采用胶接绝缘接头。1976年在线路上已铺设了约一万个接头,预计到1980年应当铺设不少于10万个胶接绝缘接头。随着大规模生产的工艺线的投入使用,对各项技术要求都将严格予以保证。观察表明,当其制造和线路维修质量很高时,接头的寿命同钢轨一样长。在顿涅茨、北高加索、西南铁路的最繁忙区段上,一些胶接绝缘接头已经通过了超过四亿吨总重的运量。
At present, the Soviet Union Railway and Mass Transit Railway widely used adhesive insulation joints. About 10,000 joints have been laid on the circuit in 1976 and no less than 100,000 bonded joints are expected to be laid by 1980. With the large-scale production line put into use, the technical requirements will be strictly guaranteed. Observations show that when the quality of its manufacture and repair of lines is high, the life of the joint is as long as that of the rail. On the busiest sections of Donetsk, North Caucasus and Southwest Railway, some bonded insulation joints have passed the weight of more than 400 million tons.
