为总结我国有色金属地下开采矿山近几年来采矿工艺技术和矿山机械化方面的经验,开展学术交流,为我国地下矿山生产的发展出谋献策,中国有色金属学会采矿学术委员会、广东省有色金属学会、湖南省有色金属学会和中国有色金属学会冶金设备学术委员会矿山设备专业委员会于1990年12月11日至15日在广东凡口铅锌矿联合召开了“提高地下采矿工艺技术水平和矿山机械化问题研讨会”,其间于14日召开了中国有色金属学会采矿学术委员会1990年度工作年会扩大会议。出席会议的有中国有色金属学会综合部副主任
