翻边成形是板料成形工艺中的重要成形方法,曲面零件的翻边成形是翻边成形中的难点和重点。在实际生产中,曲面零件翻边成形主要存在起皱、拉裂、回弹等成形缺陷。文章以DYNAFORM软件为平台,通过调整冲压方向、冲压速度和有限元模型结构,使得弯曲和翻边工序在一套模具上同时进行,且通过增加凹模的数量、充分利用拉延筋的性质、合理布置拉延筋达到了改善成形缺陷和控制回弹的效果。
Flanging forming is an important forming method in the sheet metal forming process. Flanging of the surface parts is a difficult and important point in flanging forming. In actual production, the main part of the curving of the curved surface parts is the forming defects such as wrinkle, crack, rebound and so on. In this paper, DYNAFORM software is used as a platform to adjust the direction of stamping, the speed of stamping and the structure of finite element model so that the bending and burring processes can be carried out simultaneously on a set of molds. By making full use of the properties of drawbead, Reasonable arrangement of drawbead to improve the forming defects and control the effect of rebound.
