世纪之交，党的建设面临许多新的问题和挑战，以江泽民为首的第三代领导集体审时度势，果敢地部署在全国县（市）级以上领导班子、领导干部中开展以“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”为主要内容的党性党风教育。这是在新的历史条件下对延安整风精神的继承和发扬，既非常及时，又有很强的针对性、务实性、创造性，必将对党的建设产生积极的作用和重大影响。
At the turn of the century, the party’s construction faces many new problems and challenges.
