目的分析影响新生儿出生体质量(BW)的相关因素。方法回顾性分析3684例新生儿的相关资料,对18种观察指标与新生儿出生BW的关系进行相关分析、单因素分析和多因素分析。结果新生儿性别、产次、胎数、母亲文化程度、母亲BW、母孕期营养状况、母亲身高、有无妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)为影响新生儿出生BW的相关因素。结论胎儿在母体中的生长发育状况受多因素影响,且地区差异较大;母亲患妊娠高血压综合征对新生儿出生BW有较大影响。
Objective To analyze the related factors that influence the birth weight (BW) of newborns. Methods Retrospective analysis of 3684 cases of neonatal data, 18 kinds of observation indicators and the birth of newborns BW correlation analysis, univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results Neonatal gender, parity, number of births, mother’s education level, maternal BW, maternal nutritional status, maternal height and pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH) were the related factors that affected the birth weight of newborns. Conclusion The growth and development status of fetus in the mother is affected by many factors, and there are great differences in the region. The pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome has a greater impact on the birth BW of the newborn.
