Thirty years after his trip to the motherland, Dong Dingshan returned to his motherland, where his dream was lurking, with his Swedish wife and American daughter. He never dreamed this time back but opened his door to writing in Chinese. In the past 30 years, he mainly wrote English newspapers and periodicals, including The New York Times, Times Magazine, Weekly Review and Paris Review. His writing was written in the motherland with some unfamiliarity. But in 1979 he started ten years after he wrote The New York Air News for Reading Magazine. In this decade, he not only wrote a book for reading, but also gradually wrote articles for important newspapers at home and abroad. In particular, “the world is really small” (Joint Publishing) a book published, his talkative style, deeply domestic readers appreciate and love, the name spread like wildfire. “The world is really small,” the article, most of the introduction of the American language
