多年来,口腔颌面外科医师对蔓状动脉瘤、颌骨中心性血管瘤等血管畸形病变,因外伤或在手术中可能发生难以控制、甚至危及生命的大出血,已被公认为是一个十分棘手的问题。近十多年来,一项有望能解决这一难题的新技术,即经导管选择性动脉栓塞术(transcatheterarterial embolization 简称TCAE),在国外文献中已有不少获得成功的报告;但是,在国内仅有个别病例报告。本文对11例颌面部血管畸形术前辅助性动脉栓塞疗效作出初步评价。
