传统的就业模式已经不能满足当前的就业形势,信息渠道的单一与闭塞造成高校毕业生与用人单位在求职和招聘过程中信息严重流失,这种不良的就业现象在海南高校普遍存在,建立和完善毕业生就业信息系统,是解决问题的重要途径。基于本校还未开发毕业生就业网,以对各高等院校就业网功能模块的研究和功能测试,设计这个毕业生就业网的方案。希望对本校以后建立毕业生就业网起到一定的参考价值,也希望同行提出意见或建议。
The traditional employment pattern can no longer meet the current employment situation.
