目的通过对本次麻疹暴发疑似麻疹病例IgM抗体检测结果分析,了解此次暴发病例的年龄分布情况和采血时间对检测结果的影响。方法对疑似病例血清用酶联免疫吸附法进行麻疹IgM抗体检测,对检测结果用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。结果 172例疑似病例血清标本中IgM抗体阳性124份,阳性率为72.09%。不同年龄组疑似病例的麻疹IgM抗体阳性率差异没有统计学意义(2χ=3.08,P>0.05)。16岁以上的成人占疑似病例的84.30%,占IgM抗体阳性人数的83.87%。标本采集时间离出疹时间越近抗体阳性率越低(2χ=12.28,P<0.01)。结论此次暴发以成人病例为主,标本采集时间对IgM抗体检测结果有影响。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the detection results of IgM antibodies in cases of suspected measles outbreak in this measles, understand the age distribution of the outbreak cases and the influence of blood sampling time on the test results. Methods Serum samples of suspected cases were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for measles IgM antibody, and the results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results Serum samples from 172 suspected cases were positive for IgM antibody, with a positive rate of 72.09%. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of measles IgM antibody in suspected cases of different age groups (2χ = 3.08, P> 0.05). Adults over the age of 16 accounted for 84.30% of suspected cases, accounting for 83.87% of IgM antibody positive number. The shorter the time of specimen collection from the rash, the lower the antibody positive rate (2χ = 12.28, P <0.01). Conclusion The outbreak was mainly in adult cases, and the specimen collection time had an impact on IgM antibody test results.
