研究了绿光、红光和红外光激光光源和热轧薄板干扰光对热轧薄板厚度测量的影响。利用电炉加热Cu薄片模拟生产现场热轧薄板环境,采用双光路激光三角法,在基于位置敏感器件(PSD)的调制光源和非调制光源的两种测量系统上,分别选用不同激光光源对热轧薄板厚度进行测量。实验结果表明,在两种测量系统中,测量精度均受到了热轧薄板干扰光的很大影响,而选用红光激光器比选用绿光激光器更有利于提高测量精度。
The effects of green, red and infrared laser sources and the interference of hot-rolled sheet on the thickness measurement of hot-rolled sheet were studied. In this paper, a Cu sheet was heated in an electric furnace to simulate the hot-rolled sheet metal in the field. Two-beam laser triangulation method was used to measure the hot-rolled thin sheet on the two measuring systems based on position sensitive device (PSD) and non-modulated light source The thickness of the sheet is measured. The experimental results show that in both measurement systems, the measurement accuracy is greatly affected by the interference light of hot-rolled sheet, and the choice of red laser is more conducive to improve the measurement accuracy than the selection of green laser.
