本文从信息权利的财产性属性和相关产权经济学理论两个方面,对地方文献开发利用中信息权利的保护进行了经济学分析,从而强调了保护地方文献开发利用中相关信息权利的必要性。
This paper analyzes the protection of the right of information in the development and utilization of local literature from two aspects of the property right of information right and the related theory of property right economics, which emphasizes the necessity of protecting the right of related information in the development and utilization of local literature.
