本文提出了一种以微处理机为主体的双模型速度控制系统,它兼有通常的带电流内环的速度控制系统和锁相环(PLL)速度控制系统二者的优点。前者具有快的瞬态响应,后者具有很高的速度控制精度。在信号检测方面采用了新型的 M/T 测速方法及数字计相差,进一步改善了系统的性能。文章介绍了系统的设计和实现,并提供了一个小功率系统的实验结果:在10%额定转速时,稳态精度优于0.1%.
This paper presents a microprocessor-based dual-model speed control system that combines the advantages of the usual speed control system with current inner loop and the speed control system of a phase-locked loop (PLL). The former has a fast transient response, the latter has a high speed control accuracy. The signal detection using a new type of M / T speed measurement method and digital difference, to further improve the system performance. The article describes the design and implementation of the system and provides experimental results for a low power system: steady state accuracy better than 0.1% at 10% of rated speed.
