向下焊条是用于立焊的专用高效率焊条,对提高焊接生产率,能起很大作用。向下焊条是由沪东船厂、上海电焊条厂、交通大学共同研制的。新建机器厂用向下焊条来焊接塔体内件,反应较好。 向下506焊条是以CaO为主的优质碱性焊条。符合GB981—67T506级所规定的各项性能指标,并具有良好的低温冲击性能,从焊缝化学成分分析来看,则与微量的钛和稀土作为细化晶粒是分不开的。
Downward welding is a special high-efficiency electrode for vertical welding, which can greatly improve welding productivity. The downward electrode is developed jointly by Hudong Shipyard, Shanghai Welding Electrode Factory and Jiaotong University. The new machine factory welding down the welding rod with the pieces of the body, the reaction is better. Down 506 electrode is CaO based high quality alkaline electrode. In line with GB981-67T506 level specified by the performance indicators, and has good low temperature impact properties, chemical composition from the weld point of view, then with trace titanium and rare earth as refined grain are inseparable.
