本文提出,图书馆应落实科学发展观,树立以人为本的服务理念和管理理念,全面提高馆员的综合素质,不断创新,推动图书馆事业的全面、协调和健康发展。
This paper argues that the library should implement the scientific concept of development and establish a people - oriented service concept and management philosophy to improve the overall quality of librarians and innovate constantly to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and healthy development of the library.
