1.资料与方法 我院自1994年—1999年7月共收治小儿腹股沟疝患儿162例,均为斜疝,男孩占95.9％,年龄9月—10岁,右侧占61.8％,左侧占34.1％,双侧占4.1％。 本组均采用基础+氯胺酮分离麻醉,于外环口处做一约1—1.5cm长横切口,不切开外环口。本组手术时间为15—30分钟,平均住院日5天,均痊愈出院。术后无并发症,随访无复发。
1. Materials and Methods In our hospital from 1994 to July 1999 were treated 162 cases of children with inguinal hernia, are hernia, boys accounted for 95.9%, age 9 months -10 years old, right 61.8%, left Accounting for 34.1%, both sides accounted for 4.1%. This group are based on the use of ketamine anesthesia separation, do a 1-1.5cm long lateral incision in the outer ring mouth, do not cut the outer ring mouth. The operation time for this group is 15-30 minutes, the average length of stay of 5 days, were discharged. No postoperative complications, no recurrence.
