抗菌肽是生物体经外界病原物质感染而产生的一种生物活性肽,具有广谱高效杀菌活性,本文主要对抗菌肽的作用机理及在动物营养中的应用研究作一综述。
Antibacterial peptide is a kind of bioactive peptide produced by organisms infected by pathogenic bacteria. It has a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity. In this paper, the mechanism of antimicrobial peptides and its application in animal nutrition are reviewed.
