火电厂循环冷却水系统的结垢问题一直是火电厂面临的主要问题。本文针对某火电厂具体水样,通过静态试验、动态模拟试验和旋转挂片腐蚀试验,分析了阻垢剂种类、加入量等因素对系统结垢的影响,并对阻垢药剂的阻垢缓蚀性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:由ATMP、HPMA、HEDP复配的1#阻垢药剂在浓度为10mg/L时,阻垢率最高,安全浓缩倍率达到2.50,年污垢热阻值为2.21×10-4m2·℃/W,符合火电厂安全、高效的运行标准,更适合该火电厂使用。
