近年来,我国利用外资的规模有重大发展,水平有了新的提高,取得了举世瞩目的重大成果。据了解,80年代初我国每年实际利用外资只有几亿美元,1991年也不过是4.3亿美元。自1992年以来,我国外商投资进入了快速发展阶段,近三年实际利用外资金额就已达723亿美元。1995年上半年实际利用外资就达到了163.72亿美元,比去年同期增长了10.28％。
In recent years, the scale of China’s use of foreign investment has undergone tremendous development, with a new level of improvement and major achievements that have attracted worldwide attention. It is understood that in the early 1980s, the actual utilization of foreign investment in our country was only a few hundred million U.S. dollars in actual use in 1991 and 430 million U.S. dollars in 1991. Since 1992, the foreign investment in our country has entered a stage of rapid development. The amount of actually utilized foreign investment in the past three years has reached 72.3 billion U.S. dollars. In the first half of 1995, the actual utilization of foreign investment reached 16.372 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 10.28% over the same period of last year.
