随着我国经济的发展,保护人民的各项权利越来越受到国家的重视,例如对知识产权的保护,保护知识产权和保护市场竞争同等重要,两者有时候也免不了发生冲突,知识产权反垄断对于维护市场竞争和国家的整体经济利益有着极大的帮助,然而知识产权被滥用这种现象屡见不鲜,要想阻碍这种现象的出现,国家就要尽快的制定出完整的反垄断法来阻止这种现象的出现,保障我国知识经济的良好发展。
