校本教研将教学研究的重心下移到学校,以课程实施中教师所面对的各种具体问题为对象,以教师为研究的主体,理论和专业人员共同参与,既注重解决实际问题,又注重经验的总结、理论的提升、规律的探索和教师的专业发展,是保证新课程实验向纵深发展的新的推进策略。以苏州市吴中区横泾中学校本教研为例,认真分析总结了该校校本教研的现状,以期能更好地促进自身教研水平的提高和本校教学水平的可持续发展,也为各校校本教研实践提供参考。
