在现代企业管理中,物资管理发挥着越来越重要的作用。特别是如今中国已摆脱了计划经济,进入了市场经济的新时代,如何管理物资面临新的难题和要求。公路物资是交通建设的前提,只有不断改善公路的物资管理,才能让后续工作得以顺利展开,并保障公路企业谋得经济效益。本文分析了我国公路物资管理目前所存在的问题,并就此提出了一些对策及建议。
In modern enterprise management, material management plays an increasingly important role. Especially now that China has got rid of the planned economy and entered a new era of market economy, how to manage the materials is facing new challenges and demands. Highway materials are the prerequisite for traffic construction. Only by continuously improving the materials management of the highway can the smooth follow-up work be carried out and the economic benefits of the highway enterprises ensured. This article analyzes the existing problems of the road material management in our country and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
