在55℃~100℃的温度区间内,分别研究了在水热体系Na_2O/Al_2O_3/SiO_2/H_2O中加入晶化导向剂及加入NaX型沸石作为晶种,这两种不同的条件下,NaY型沸石的成核及晶体成长过程,并求得了表观成核活化能及表观晶体成长活化能。在32℃时考察了NaY型沸石晶化导向剂及相应的晶化导向剂凝胶液相和凝胶固相的导向活性随老化时间的变化,并对晶化导向剂导向作用机制进行了初步的探讨。实验结果表明,在较长的老化时间内晶化导向剂凝胶液相的导向活性优于晶化导向剂本身。
In the temperature range from 55 ℃ to 100 ℃, we studied the addition of crystallizing directing agent and NaX zeolite into the hydrothermal system Na 2 O / Al 2 O 3 / SiO 2 / H 2 O as seed crystal. Under the two different conditions, NaY Zeolite nucleation and crystal growth process, and obtained apparent nucleation activation energy and apparent crystal growth activation energy. The orientation activity of the NaY zeolite crystallization-directing agent and the corresponding crystallization-directing agent in the liquid phase and the gel-solid phase of the zeolite were investigated at 32 ℃.
