这世界恍惚得可以,反思都来不及。反思,影响着我的小说走向。实际上,反思是中外优秀小说一以贯之的传统。搞笑的是,小说发展到当下,传统这个永恒的概念在中国文坛好像判了刑期,人们习惯了在没有根基的创新和时尚中追风逐浪,习惯了给一只母鸡的屁股插上一把撕裂的扇子,就以孔雀开屏的姿态粉墨登场。我要做的,是让母鸡习惯下蛋,让孔雀习惯开屏。我无意让母鸡变成孔雀,这是小说与怪物的区别。我在反思传统,也在反思创新,归根到底在反思历史、生命和人性。
