对镍铝黄铜不同压加率条件下冷轧薄板进行不同工艺的等温退火试验,观察等温退火后试样的硬度及组织变化;建立布氏硬度和退火温度之间的函数及数学模型。结果表明,随冷轧压加率的提高,再结晶温度降低。
The isothermal annealing test of cold-rolled sheet under different pressure-addition rates of nickel-aluminum-brass was carried out. The hardness and microstructure of the cold-rolled sheet after isothermal annealing were observed. The function and mathematical model between Brinell hardness and annealing temperature were established. The results show that the recrystallization temperature decreases with the increase of cold rolling rate.
