解放后,人民政府在教育改革上,最先且最重要的措施,就是废除了体罚的施用。但最近却发生了一件比较严重的体罚学生的事情。事实经过是这样: 去年十二月三十日,六区私立赵氏小学,一年级级任教师陈维华,在上课时,因学生俞健民(九岁)与李贵文争吵,而用椅子腿将俞生背部右上方靠近臂部的地方击伤,并谓:“打坏了,我包”。后经医生检查,发现被击处红肿一块,虽证明未受重伤,但该生当日一夜未眠,啼哭不止;並且因受惊恐,“一闭眼,就看见陈老师站在眼前”,致数日未能到校上课。说明该生身心已受到不小刺激。
