随着改革开放的不断深入,经济建设的不断发展,人民的生活水平相比以往有了很大的提高。同时,人们的收入也逐渐增多。在市场经济席卷全国的浪潮下,我国企业为了增强自身的竞争力,在风起云涌的市场经济中不至于处于被动的局面,同时也为了满足员工日益增长的生活需求,往往采用企业年金的制度来吸引员工,加强他们在工作中的积极性,形成整个企业上下一心的发展局面,使企业在长期的生存中处于不败的地位。本文笔者将立足于我国企事业单位薪酬管理的具体现状,对于企业年金在薪酬管理中的积极作用进行深入探讨,并在一定程度上详细阐述企业年金的意义,以供各位同仁参考交流使用。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the constant development of economic construction, the living standards of the people have greatly increased compared with the past. At the same time, people’s income is gradually increasing. Under the tide of market economy sweeping across the country, in order to enhance their own competitiveness, Chinese enterprises are not passive in the surging market economy. In order to meet the increasingly life needs of their employees, Chinese enterprises often adopt the system of enterprise annuity to attract Employees, to enhance their enthusiasm at work, the formation of the whole enterprise wholehearted development, so that enterprises in the long-term survival of an undefeated position. In this paper, the author will be based on the specific status quo of the compensation management of enterprises and institutions in our country, for the enterprise pension in-depth discussion of the positive role of salary management, and to a certain extent, elaborate on the significance of enterprise annuity for colleagues to exchange information for reference.
