经济全球化趋势和科技的迅猛发展,直接推动了生产要素在全球范围内的大规模流动和重新配置。以对外直接投资为反映形式,产业资本外移成为一国企业国际化的重要方式。国际间的产业转移形成国际区域产业结构的相互关联、互相波及的互动传导机制。台湾作为国际产业转移梯度上的一个梯层,在接受外来资本的同时,也在向外转移产业。通过分析目前台湾产业资本外移的情况和入世对台湾产业资本流向的影响,得出台湾将增加对大陆投资的趋势判断。
The trend of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology have directly promoted the large-scale flow and reconfiguration of production factors around the world. Taking FDI as the reflection form, the relocation of industrial capital has become an important way for the internationalization of a country’s enterprises. International industrial transfer has formed an inter-related and inter-interactive mechanism of transmission in the international regional industrial structure. As a step on the gradient of international industrial transfer, Taiwan, while accepting foreign capital, is also shifting its industries outward. By analyzing the current situation of industrial capital relocation in Taiwan and the impact of WTO accession on the industrial capital flow in Taiwan, we come to the conclusion that Taiwan will increase the trend of investment in mainland China.
