新形势下,作为对国家出口创汇贡献大的外贸企业,加强思想政治工作,任务更加繁重。就其机制来讲,思想政治工作的体制改革应与企业的转换经营机制改革同步进行,就其思维方式来讲,思想政治工作要做到超前思维,在经营机制转换的前面,面对当前外贸企业深化改革的实际,思想政治工作应突出抓好以下几个方面:一、思想政治工作要加强在发展社会主义市场经济的今天,我们必须站在新的高度深刻认识这一问题,具体来说,应从两个方面加深理解:一是要明确思想政治工作是我们特有的政治优势,是我们的党的优良传统。党的中心工作的转移,丝毫不意味着思想政治地位的降低。因为我们正在进行的改革开放和现代化建设,是党领导的又一次伟大
