《咱们的牛百岁》是以农村经济政策大幅度调整、生产队推行责任制为背景的影片。近几年来,以此为背景的文艺作品着实不少,但多数作品往往停留在实行不实行责任制的争论过程和实行以后由穷变富的一般化描写。而《咱们的牛百岁》却找到了自己反映现实生活的崭新角度。影片创作者把镜头对准了生产关系变革后人们的心灵世界,以色彩斑斓的画笔,描绘了农村现实生活的缤纷画卷。从影片中,我们听到了时代前进的脚步声,看到了人们新的希望与追求,新的痛苦与烦恼,一种有强烈新鲜感的浓郁生活气息扑面而来。影片的故事是从胶东半岛的某生产大队在成立作业组时,人们拒绝接收五名原来各有缺点的社员开始的。这五名社员即是:被人称为“破鞋”的菊花,“浪荡鬼”牛天胜,“懒汉”田福,“惹天祸”牛其,和“三只手”新良。共产党员牛百岁敢挑重担,把这五个人组织成一个作业组,带着他们走上了新生活的征
“Our cow is 100 years old” is based on the drastic adjustment of rural economic policies and the implementation of responsibility system by the production team. Film makers aimed their shots at people’s spiritual world after the transformation of production relations. With colorful brushes, they painted a vivid picture of the real life in rural areas. From the film, we hear the footsteps of the advancing age, saw people’s new hope and pursuit, new pain and annoyance, a strong sense of freshness filled with rich life blowing. The story of the film started when a production unit in the Jiaodong Peninsula set up a homework group and refused to accept five former members with flaws.
